Grab a glass of rosé and your favorite fancy finger food, and let us transport you to one of the most chic dining spots on King Street. Through an eclectic collage of textures, colors and styles, Parcel 32 creates an engaging atmosphere that is perfect for a spring rehearsal dinner. It’s no surprise Macy and Connor chose this spot to gather with their closest friends and family to kick off their unforgettable wedding weekend, and relish the precious moments before beginning a new chapter as husband and wife.

Guests began to arrive, excitedly sipping in the charming ambiance and the bright, spring air pouring in through the balcony. In her strapless silhouette dress with off-the-shoulder tulle, Macy floated around greeting the guests, and giving extra hugs and kisses to Grandma. Looking like a true Southern gentleman in his smart pink tattersall check shirt with “Old-Fashioned” cufflinks, Connor delighted in reuniting with old friends while enjoying the view of King Street from the second floor piazza.

The couple was hip to hip most of the night, easing each other’s nerves and giving us many opportunities to snap candid couple’s portraits. We love the shots of Macy and Connor strutting down bustling King Street, with little notice of the outside world, locked in each other’s presence. A few blocks down from Parcel 32, The American Theater marquee read “Our Happily Ever After, Macy and Connor.” The couple posed in front of the 1940’s theatre, with Connor’s marine blue blazer playing classically against the rust orange double doors (especially in the 35mm film photos!).

The guests cozied up in the green velvet tufted booths of the dining room, each of their place settings adorned with a scripted dinner menu and a candle in a gold tin stamped “Connor and Macy.” Everyone dined on Caesar with local lettuces, New York Strip, salmon and pork chop. Between the sophisticated decor, the fabulous food and the good company — there was a palpable sense of ease and joy in the air.

Connor and Macy sat at the center of it all, taking in all the heartfelt words circulating the room, and dreaming of the magical day that lay ahead of them.
